Banana Republic Flutter-Sleeved Lace Dress NWOT

Bright blue, shirt-sleeved dress from Banana Republic. Made from a beautiful lace material with soft, silky lining and silk collar detail. Has a sheath dress shape with cute flutter sleeves. NWOT, never worn. Size small a bit too big on me, probably closer to a size 6 and runs a little long as well on me (5’6”) so looking for a new home for this cute dress!
