stephkadlicko Hi there, gorgeous skirt. Any chance you can put a measuring tape by the waist and post that photo? 13" seems a little too tiny for a BR size four. Is the white tag that shows the season still in the skirt? Can you share what season it's from? Thank you!

doyenofdress @stephkadlicko I’m sorry I am just getting back with pictures. So there is no season tag. Just the inside tag. There is a button inside the waist that you could probably move over. I attached measurements. I could open the skirt all the way since it wraps around and buttons inside and give you a measurement across if you want
