wintercastle @bunbun2018 hiya! this is a medium weight canvas type material (but isn't hard/stiff) and the lining makes it a touch warmer, so yes layered or unlayered is perfect for fall & spring! chest wise i would think so, but I would prefer you to measure a jacket that fits the way you want & compare to my measurements.😉
