kathrynrohr It turns out these are not be the right tag size. I would still be interested in knowing the details just in case. I am going to keep them bookmarked in case for the future.

mkcampbell85 @flosskat Hey Katie! I'm sorry this is late I had some things come up unexpectedly yesterday and didn't get home until very late. Here is what the tag says RN 54023 CA 17897 S/623273-00 V/303911 SPR'10 11/09. Lying them flat they are roughly 14 inches so would be 28 doubled.
