Banana Republic Jersey & Coated Denim Combo Dress

Brand new with tags Banana Republic Dress, size 4 petite. It is a gray, knit jersey material on top and a black coated canvas/denim material on the bottom. It has snap buttons and a zipper closure on the side (see pic). The skirt sits right at the waist, so the top part flounces, looking like it’s almost tucked in and pulled out.
