This beautiful Kelly green silk blouse would be perfect for your St. Patty’s day work or even night out shirt. The sleeves can be rolled up and held in place to make it 3/4 sleeves. It’s a size small but does fit a medium size person too! Please note that due to being silk it is dry clean only. It has not been dry cleaned since I’ve had it and there appears to be a few small marks , possibly from water. I think they would come out once properly cleaned. All my pictures show details.
