Banana Republic Long One Shoulder Ruffle Dress

Super pretty royal blue XS Banana Republic long dress with removable waist tie. Bought this to wear to a wedding from thredUP and did not end up wearing it. Minor water stains at the bottom and a tiny water sprinkle on the front of the dress at the waist tie level - neither of which I noticed until photographing the piece - they may wash out and are not noticeable due to the drapey fabric. Pictures from BR, myself in it for size reference (5ft 1, 100 lbs), and water marks. Beautiful condition!
