Beautiful cobalt dress with various sizes black stars. Waist is elastic and has a tie that covers it giving it that effortless look. Buttons go about half way down the front. Sleeves can be rolled up and have tabs to keep them there. Very minor pilling at the shoulder (pictured). Would look great with a legging and boots! Measures just shy of 33" long.
