Banana Republic Navy Blouse

This navy Banana Republic blouse has a lovely v-neck and gathered sleeves detail that create a soft, elegant “balloon” sleeve effect at the wrists. I like to wear this one with navy wide-leg pants or a pencil skirt. Well loved but in good condition — just ready to pass on to a new home!
