Banana Republic Navy Blue Chiffon Ruffled Maxi Dress

New, never worn chiffon polyester spaghetti strap maxi from Banana Republic is fun and flirty. Great for brunch or bridal shower. The navy blue is a “dark” and true navy blue. The dress features two ruffles that hit below the knee on the dress, singed waist, and zipper down the back. Dress has a faint lipstick blemish. Pic shown.
