Banana Republic Navy Blue Corduroy Skirt

This skirt is a size 0 from Banana Republic and is made of navy blue corduroy. It has a pencil-type fit but is not too tight around the thighs. Meant to be worn at waist (not hip) level. Very flattering and looks great with tights in the winter!
