Banana Republic Navy Pleated Midi Dress, Size 0 (runs large - closer to a 2)

Banana Republic navy, pleated midi dress. Pleats start at waist and flow out. Bottom half of pleats have patterned cutout. Ribbon tie at top of backside. Lined almost to bottom of skirt. Runs large - probably closer to size 2. (I currently wear size 4 to 6 in dresses and this is maybe one size too tight at the waist.) Lightly worn, no discolorations.
