melcarolino @lindseyshakter is the length you gave total from top to bottom? I’m 5’7 and don’t want it to bed too long ir too short. It looks long In the pictures

lindseyshakter @melcarolino hey there! Yes that’s from the top to the bottom- I’m 5’4 and it hits me in the middle of my knee- closer to the bottom of my knees. The stock photo of it (the last photo) does make it appear longer but it’s a true pencil skirt length.

refreshinggp1 Hi and thank u for posting. The tag reads the lining is 100% polyester. So was the lining removed?

lindseyshakter @refreshinggp1 No, the lining has never been removed on this skirt. If you look closely to the hem in the skirt (preferably the bottom) you’ll see where the skirt folds up giving body or “meat” to the skirt. The lining is all within the skirt or otherwise it would be just a thin strip of the outer shell. If that makes any sense.

lindseyshakter @refreshinggp1 The tag says Using: Mainbody: 48% Polyester 47% Rayon/Vicose. 5% Elastane/Lining; 100% Polyester. From my understanding is the skirt is made up of 100% Polyester Fibers and the Elastane is worked into the Polyester as well as the Rayon and Vicose as additive materials to give it the stretch and wear it needs to keep it quality.

lindseyshakter @refreshinggp1 Other wise Polyester on its own is cheap looking and will wear out like a costume or something if that makes sense. Along with no give or hug to the body leaving it as a poor fit.

lindseyshakter @refreshinggp1 hopefully I explained myself okay- I’m not a professional seamstress but that’s how I understand the tag. It’s also hard to read the tag due to how and when I took it. Let me know if you have other questions 😊
