Banana Republic Polka Dot Loose Neck Blouse, Black w/ White, Large

Feminine and flirty Banana Republic blouse that can be dressed up or down. Loose flowy neck and 3 button loop closure on back of neck. Gently used, good condition with small stain at right armpit (see pic) that’s almost unnoticeable, especially when wearing. Unfortunately, I clipped the launder tag but I always hand washed and hung dry. From smoke free home. - rayon/cotton blend with very little stretch - can fit a medium & would be very flowy - can fit XL & would be more fitted
