Banana Republic Scallop Dress NWOT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tiffanysells. Loved it, but it was too loose at the waist. I bought intending to wear it for my med school interviews, but the fit isn’t right. Size 2 - Waist measurement should fit 26-27 It needs to be iron, I think it was folded for too long in its previous home. GREAT CONDITION Questions? Leave a comment below!
