Banana Republic Semisheer Fitted Blouse

Navy blue woven blouse with short, cap sleeves. A small ruffle at the collar and round cloth-covered buttons give this a bit of a historical feel. Buttons run from the collar down the bodice, to a fitted band at the waist. Side zip allows for a smart fit. Measures 21" flat across the bust, and the fitted band is 17" measured flat. Shoulder to hem is about 22.5". Unfortunately the care tag is gone, but the fabric is a very light cotton or cotton blend woven fabric. I would hand wash it or use a laundry bag to protect the buttons.
