Banana Republic Sheer Blouse

Worn once. Size Small. This top is a cream sheer with velvet like polka dots. Dramatic tie detail at the neck allows for many different ways to style. Tag has been removed because it was too visible. So beautiful dressed up, but looks great with jeans.
