lecotmail @monicaholter arm pit to armpit - 19” under shirt. 21” top layer. But the should both are attached. Both have a lot of stretch. Well made quality material, not cheap mesh or stretch cotton jersey. If it’s the right size I think you’ll love it. I can ship tomorrow. Thx!
