@kittyliang Hey there! No flaws that I can see, it's in beautiful condition and the fabric is like new. It's about 40" from the shoulder, but the shoulder straps are adjustable so it could hang lower or higher depending on your body. It's 13" across lying flat at its narrowest point, but it has elastic and can stretch to about 18" across.

@nicolehope18 The dress does have adjustable shoulder straps, so I would say that would depend on how much cleavage you want to show, but it could probably comfortably fit up to D or DD cups without being too revealing or tight. It would probably look a little loose or baggy on someone with less than a B cup.
