Silk and wool blend wrap dress from Banana Republic. Flattering v neck that you can adjust with the wrap to be more of a plunging v neck if you want. Has a waist tie at the natural waist line and hits around the knee on me and I'm 5'6". About 38.5in shoulder to hem. Accommodating, somewhat stretchy fabric. Short sleeves and a brown and cream botanical print. Ambiguous leaves but almost ginkgo shaped. Mindy Kaling/Kelly Kapoor wore this dress on one episode of the office too.
