@butanding143 honestly I’m not exactly sure how to determine that, I apologize. However, I’ve attached an additional photo within the post of the measurement from side to side (15in and keep in mind it’s stretchy material) - hopefully that helps but if you need me to measure it differently, please don’t hesitate to ask!

I just wanted to say the the 0S on the tag stands for zero short, not small.
I mostly wear Banana Republic clothes and I’m very familiar with their sizing.
