Banana Republic Split Neck Popover Blouse

Super cute top from Banana Republic Color is a beautiful jewel toned, teal blue. Very hard to capture in the photos. The last pic is probably closest to the actual color. Flattering feminine pleats at shoulder and neckline . Contrast trim at neck and cuffs. Fabric is 100% viscose. Light and airy, crinkly, almost gauzy fabric. Could be good for travel.
