Banana Republic Valentine Heart Blouse

This blouse is perfect for a subtle Valentine top! The shirt is navy blue with white and red hearts all over it. The blouse is 100% and 100% comfortable and fun! There was a small tear on the right shoulder at the collar that I fixed up - shown in picture. Measurements: Armpit to armpit: 23” Top to bottom: 23”
