Beautiful navy print dress. This flowy wrap is seamed at the side so you don’t have to worry about “unwrapping.” It comes with an attached full length slip dress which has adjustable straps. It has 3/4 length sleeves with elastic at the elbow. . The ruffle detail at the front and hem add to the romantic feel of the dress. There are no stains, snags or tears in the dress. Smokefree home.
