Banana Republic black scalloped dress

Banana Republic little black dress with scalloped edges. The dress is fitted at the top and a-line pleated skirt. The material is a thick neoprene like material that holds you in and creates a nice hourglass shape. This little black dress is so versatile, and can dressed up or casual.
