Banana Republic blue high neck, cotton dress size 4P

Beautiful condition, very soft Can be worn with tights and a blazer for a perfect winter work outfit, or on its own for other seasons. The zipper in the back has no issues and the hook is functioning the same way it came. Really great dress, just too short for me (I’m 5’6)
