Is this raincoat type material or waterproof/resistant? And are the sleeves lined?

@kanders713 I wouldn’t say it’s completely waterproof, but definitely water resistant. This jacket has the same lining as pictured throughout the sleeves 🙂 it’s really a great jacket, great for layering. I wish it still fit me
