Cute cotton seersucker fabric is great for spring. This item easily dresses up or down with heels or sandals. Off the shoulder look - neckline is straight across collarbone. Over arm fabric can also be pulled up over shoulders as shown on hanger in a photo. Sticky rib lining on front and back of dress to hold in place. Flap detail in contrasting stripe direction adds interest. A line, midi length (I’m 5’ 4” and this hit me below knees/at upper shin). Pockets! Zip back closure. Stripe color is muted blue/pale grayish. I most recently wore this to a friend’s outdoor bbq rehearsal dinner.
