what pleases the chest measurement directly under the armholes on a cross the front when the vest is fastened and laid flat and similarly what is the waistline measurement as well

@starraether distance across from bottom of armholes is 21”. Distance across from waistline is 19.75”. Measurements taken when flattened and fully zipped. Let me know if you need any other info.
