emilyedling @wawabella3 hi there! No alterations. The cut is ‘tailored slim fit’. We have 12 of these Banana Republic shirts (several colors/patters, all similar cut) that my husband bought this winter. He promptly lost a ton of weight & is no longer a large. These were worn just a few times. Your gain! :)
