Banana Republic, navy Amelia dress size 4. 100% cotton, and slightly sheer. May need to wear a slip underneath. Beautiful details with fabric coat, covered buttons, ruffle at neckline, double button cuff on back of sleeves, two belt loops if you want to add a belt. Pit to pit 16 inches, 36 inches length. Would also be great as a short sleeve cover up unbuttoned. Excellent condition!
