Banana Republic navy blue cap sleeve short dress. Size 4. Worn 1-2x.

This dress is navy blue in color (see second photo for best reference). It is short in length and has minimal sleeves. It has a solid under-layer and a lacy outer-layer. It has been worn 1-2 times and is in excellent condition. The dress is size 4 and originally cost around $130. I wish I could keep it, but it is too small for me!
