Size 4P. Very flattering cut, shows off shoulders beautifully. Ribbon waist. Flowy skirt, no pockets. Button and zipper at the upper back. Skirt is 22” from natural waist. Waist is 30”, no give 8in the fabric, so you’d want to have a 28.5” waist or smaller to be comfortable. All navy with a cute polka dot pattern. Really cute dress.
