Banana Republic navy fit and flare dress with black trim and stitching on bust

Professional dress made from very forgiving fabric. Hits around knee, I am 5 ft 2 in for reference. Worn for work a handful of times with no visible signs of wear. Color is a jewel tone blue, somewhere between royal blue and a navy.
