NWT 😍 Beautiful blue and white pencil skirt. I bought this from a fellow Posher, but it does not fit me. I normally wear a size 0, but when the material has some stretch to it...my bad 😭 This material does not stretch since it's supposed to be a fitted skirt. The slit is still intact. Excellent condition 👌

@the_caterpillar There is a lining and no flaws. It measures about 13.5" on the waist and 25" from the waist down to the hem. Let me know if you have any other questions 😃❤️ I hope this helps!
