Banana Republic silk scarf Y2K skirt size L/XL

I bought this back in the early 2000's and loved it so much I never got rid of it. But now it doesn't fit! Meant to sit low on the hips to see the boarder but can sit higher up too. Perfect for a European vacation. The size tag seems to have disappeared. But the top of the waist measures 18 inches across when laying flat. Length is about 35 inches. I think this is a size L/XL based on the size I wore when purchased. Standard on all my listings: I wash all our clothes in non toxic detergent (Molly's Suds) and we line dry everything. I think this keeps everything looking new and in tip top shape. Our house is pet and smoke free. Nothing you purchase from me will ever come sprayed with Fabreeze or any other unnecessary chemical to cover anything up.
