It’s the dress laid flat here are the measurements Chest armpit to armpit is 17 inches Length from top of folded over shoulder to bottom is 43 inches The waistline as shown in photo is a bit higher than natural waist and it 16.5 The natural waist is 19.5 I hope this helps!
