Banana republic dress

Darling mint dress. Size 4 true to size. Only worn once. Lined material. Accentuates the waist. Has pockets. I am 5’3” and the dress is to about my knee. 13 3/4 inches across the waist as shown on the picture. From under arm to the bottom of the dress is 28.5 inches in length.
