Banana republic embroidered floral silk tunic

Royal blue color as pictured. Long (comes below the thigh, I have a 28" inseam), flowy tunic blouse equally appropriate as a summer dress or with tights and a belt in the winter. 100% silk. Ruched above the elbow sleeves. Small, barely noticeable discoloration below the left arm (I didn't notice until I was ironing it for photos!). Otherwise excellent condition.
