Banana republic linen / cotton button up shirt size medium

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kidsposhmark1. Love it, but it fits like an 8 or 10, not 12. It’s as beautiful as it looks in photos. Measurements when lying the garment flat armpit to armpit 20 inches, waistline 17 3/4 inches, hips 22 inches. I would call this a fitted top because it narrows at the waist kind of like an hourglass. While measuring the section of the shirt that hits at the hips, I noticed a condition issue of the seam on the left seam of the shirt. See pic. It is not a hole, rather an unstitching of the seam that encapsulates the serged hem and the stitching can easily be reinforced through quick hand stitching. Questions? Leave a comment below!
