Band Of The Free Emerald Green and Black Floral Mini Western Cutout Dress - M This dress is a modern version of a prairie or western dress. It comes in a gorgeous emerald green that is accented by a black floral print that has a green-blue negative space outline. It has a semi-sweetheart neckline that is accented by black scalloped trim. The sleeves are long-sleeved and have a slight puff. The wrist has an elastic band. The back has a neckline tie and cutout and is smocked for comfort. It is a mini dress length. I included a picture, but there is one spot where the pattern seems a little different. The top is lined, but the skirt is not, if held up to direct sun it is a little sheer, but not overly sheer.
