Band of Gypsies Dress

Cold-shoulder dress by Band of Gypsies. Blue and black floral motif throughout over cream/ off-white background. Ties at the back for a form-fitting shape. 19" at the bust. I wanted to love this but never ended up wearing it - just not a fan of the open - shoulder look.
