Very cool mini that can be worn as a dress or oversized top. Has a belt loop, but I purchased it without, and never missed it! Price is reduced to reflect missing belt. In EXCELLENT condition. Band of Outsiders "3" is the equivalent of a US "L." This dress fits like a medium on the lower half. (I am pear shaped, and usually run into this problem! -but the dress looks great on)!
