Bandage dress

I bought this three quarter sleeve bandage dress to go to a luncheon for work. I have worn it a few times, but it just isn't getting the love it deserves. Due to the rough edges (the blue bandages are not finished) there is a thread hanging in the bottom. Probably could be cut off with no effect to dress. The dress is just above knee length for me (I'm about 5'6").
