Bandage vest by Tempo Paris in navy

Another boutique purchase a bandage vest in navy with silk trim with zipper up the back. This vest was a hit even before bandage dresses were popular. This vest could be worn alone or with a blouse underneath. I would suggest a poofy one, with some pretty sleeves. Btw, it's always been drycleaned.
