necol_harness @amiap218 it is not Bandari. I would say it is American produced sari fabric. smooth fabric in a high quality, gold thread edging. I can't say that it is silk without specifically knowing that but it has that quality and weight to it. I sew a lot and it is a garment weighted fabric that is decorated in one end (shown in pics)
