Bandolino Embroidered Floral Cotton Pastel Spring Skirt

In pre owned condition. Gently steamed prior to listing. Bright and cheerful pastel spring colors in yellow and pink. Embroidered pink floral throughout with eyelet design. Side zipper works perfectly. ***There is one mark on the front. Possibly a tiny tear? I believe it’s a manufacturer irregularity based on where the holes were created for the eyelet design. Materials tag is cut halfway off. The outer material is 100% cotton but I’m not sure what the lining is. This is tagged a size 12 Petite. Measurements are provided in the photos. Perfect for Easter or church.
