beauniverse @pamschimel @pamschimel Sure thing! The waist measures: 13"-16" (the waist has elastic sewn into the design so it stretches. I hope this helps. :-)

beauniverse @pamschimel Good evening :-) the waistwhen not stretched is 26" and can stretch up to 32" - 30" would make for a perfect and comfy fit. The design is made to hug the waist so that the gathered portion (that looks somewhat like a belt running across, which is an overlay piece attached to the midv portion of blouse). The elastic is very thin and sewn on the inside. I am taking a photo now to include in gallery. Hopefully that will help to clarify.
