Bar III Color-Block Dress

Loved this dress for the fit, slits at the neckline and tailored look with the fitted seamlines. It's even fully lined. It's just getting slightly worn. I used to wear a great chunky necklace with it but sadly can't seem to get the neckline clean. It can still be worn with a chunky necklace or scarf, so make an offer so it doesn't go to the dump if you want to see if you can get it cleaned.
