harriswr @sunshinelvr2 laying flat it is 24.5 inches long, 17 inches across the waistband and 19 inches across the hip/widest part with some stretch.

sunshinelvr2 @harriswr I’m not bigger in the hips but my waist is the issue. 17 inch if it doesn’t have any stretch won’t fit. I’m not comfortable with 19 inch waist.
